Hisui: “What’s wrong with you Chain? Did I piss you off or something?”
Mystery: “We came by to see how you were doing because Mya said you ran off somewhere and she was worried”
Hisui and Mystery then see the blood and Holly and Trevor, both of their mouths drop and their eyes widen.
Hisui: “What the hell happened here?”
Chain: “It was Drago”
Mystery: “How long have you been here?”
Chain: “I don’t know, I’ve been kind of sitting here for a while”
Hisui walks past Chain to the kitchen: “I’ll call the cops”
Mystery starts crying. Chain looks at her for a moment, then turns to the door and walks out.
Cut to a half hour later, Chain is leaning against the front of the house. Red and blue lights fill the sky from the cop cars and the ambulance. Chain watches Holly and Trevor getting carried away on stretchers in body bags to the ambulance. Chain notices Mya walking to the house, she looks around then runs to him.
Mya: “What happened?”
Chain: “Drago killed Holly and Trevor a little while ago”
Mya is quiet for a moment, and then turns to the ambulance driving off.
Mya turns to Chain with tears in her eyes: “I’m so sorry”
Chain stays quiet and looks down.
Hisui and Mystery walk over to them.
Hisui: “You can stay with us Chain; I doubt you want to stay over here tonight”
Chain stays quiet, looking down with sad eyes.
Cut to flashback to a smiling Holly and Trevor.
Holly grins: “I’m finally pregnant”
Cut to Hisui waving his hand in front of Chain’s eyes.
Chain snaps out of it: “I’m sorry, what?”
Hisui: “You can stay at the abandoned hotel that Mystery and I are staying at”
Chain: “Yeah, I’ll stay there”
Cut to late at night, Chain is sitting in a bed in a dark room. The moon light is the only light in the room. There is no emotion on his face as he blankly stares at the wall.
Holly’s voice: “We just don’t want anything bad to happen to you, we haven’t known you for a long time, but we still view you as our child”
Chain falls down on his back and stares blankly at the ceiling.
Trevor’s voice: “We’ve been trying to have a child of our own for a while now, then we met you and you’ve been living with us for a few months now, it’s like we’re family”
Everything fades to black.
Cut to a few days later, Chain is walking down the stairs of the hotel to meet the other three downstairs on the couches. Chain sits down on a couch alone.
Hisui: “You ready?”
Chain, sadly: “I guess so”
Mystery: “So, how are we going to the cemetery again?”
Mya: “My parents are taking us actually, since they’ll be there also”
Mystery looks at Chain; he’s sitting on a couch alone looking at the ground emotionless. They all then hear a sound in the kitchen and turn to look that direction of it.
Mya: “What was that?”
Hisui takes a Kunai out of his side bag: “I’ll take a look”
Hisui starts walking towards the kitchen, when the entrance to the kitchen suddenly bursts into flames. Everyone stands up and Hisui backs away from the fire quickly. The doors burst open revealing a creature, it is a three headed wingless four legged dragon. The body of the dragon is about five feet long, each each head sports a pair of wicked horns supported by a five foot long neck.
Hisui: “How the hell did that thing get in here?”
Mystery: “I don’t think we should wonder about that right now, we just need to kill it right now before it kills us”
Hisui takes the Fuuma Shuriken off of his back and throws it at the dragon’s heads. The first two heads duck the left most is too slow and which gets cut off. The right and middle head screeches, making everyone cover their ears and causing the windows to shatter. Another head immediately starts growing in where the left head was, slime drips off of it. The Fuuma Shuriken comes back to Hisui who catches it with one hand.
Mya: “How are we supposed to kill it if it just grows another head?”
Chain: “Cut them all off at the same time I guess”
Chain grabs a nearby sword and dashes to the three headed dragon swinging the sword in an arc to take the three necks of it but the dragon backs away. The middle head lockas gazes with Chain for a moment. Chain freezes in place staring at the middle head. The other three look at Chain and the dragon in confusion. Mystery then grabs an orb out of her purse; the orb is yellow with a lightning bolt in the middle.
Mystery: “Hisui!”
Hisui look at her and nods, and readies his Fuuma Shuriken.
Mystery closes her eyes with the orb in her hands. A wind starts swirling around her and lifting the orb from her hands and above her head spinning around. Mystery then opens her eyes and the orb explodesin a blinding flash, raises her hand and points at the three headed dragon bolts of lightning fly hammering into the dragon. The three headed dragon screams in pain as it gets electrocuted.
Hisui: “Chain! (Chain looks over at him) Duck!”
Chain ducks and Hisui throws the Fuuma Shuriken at the three headed dragon again, this time severing all three heads. The heads fall to the ground in front of Chain, but are still moving around, all three heads start blowing fire at them. Chain dodges the fire and notices the body is also still moving. Mystery and Mya hide behind a couch as Hisui catches his Fuuma Shuriken.
Mya: “They’re still alive?”
Hisui: “Apparently so”
Hisui notices Chain staring at the body of the three headed dragon. Chain’s expression suddenly turns into anger, he runs to the body and sliding the sword below the body and swings upwards, splitting the body in two. Blood splatters all over Chain, the heads swivel towards him, then the heads and body all explode into a bloody mess. Chain stands motionless in the blood and viscera. Mystery and Mya stand up.
Hisui: “Are you ok Chain?”
Chain slowly turns to him: “I’m ok”
Cut to a cemetery, the sky is dim. The group is looking over two grave stones for Holly and Trevor.
Mya: “I should probably head home”
Hisui: “Yes, it is getting late now”
Mystery just looks at Chain, who is staring at the grave stones.
Chain turns to them: “I think I’ll stay here a little longer”
Hisui: “We understand, well, see you at the abandoned hotel then”
Mya hugs Chain: “See you sometime soon”
All three start to leave, but Mystery looks back at Chain.
Hisui: “We should let him have his alone time”
Mystery turns to Hisui: “I guess you are right”
They continue to walk out of the cemetery. Chain just stands still staring at the stones,a light rain starts up, then turns heavy. A lightning fills the sky the thunder from it makes Chain gasp and look away from the grave stones.
Flash back to the middle head from the three headed dragon staring at Chain.
Dragon’s voice: “Drago sent me, and he is going to sent a lot more beasts after you”
Cut to Chain in the rain still, his hands form into a fist and he starts to glare.
Chain, angrily: “I have to get stronger, to defeat you, Drago”
