Max stands up, angry: “I’m saying that you did something to me, which made me kill everyone in my village!”
Alexa: “What happened to you?”
Alexa looks closely at him, and notices that he does have a cut across his chest.
Alexa thinks to herself: “The possession curse was broken, because he saw the sight of his own blood. I never thought that he would get cut like this, this has never happened before”
Max yells: “ANSWER ME!”
Alexa: “Yes, I did do something to you!”
Mystery looks at her confused: “What did you do?”
Alexa starts walking towards Max: “It’s just a little curse that I picked up from the many years that I have stayed alive”
Hisui is shocked: “You’re… Old?”
Alexa stops walking and stands in front of Max.
Alexa laughs a little and smirks: “I’ve been alive for thousands of years”
Max: “That’s right, you’re the vampire queen”
Everyone gasps in shock.
Alexa: “You know you’re not going anywhere Max”
Max: “What do you mean? I think that I am stronger then you”
Alexa grins: “You will soon find out”
Max turns to Mystery; she is standing by Hisui’s side, surprised. Max points to the door, for all of them to leave. Buffy and Angel help Connor get Chain out of the abandoned church. Hisui and Mystery don’t move.
Max: “Leave, now!”
Mystery: “I can’t, not without Mya at least”
Max looks over at the cage where Mya is at, she’s just sitting there, quiet.
Max to Mya: “I’m sorry”
He takes out a key from his right pants pocket, walks to the cage and bends down to the lock. Alexa kicks him in the face, sending him clear of the cage. Max hits the ground right in front of Hisui and Mystery, the key is still in his hand.
Alexa: “I won’t let you free her”
Max looks up to Mystery; she just looks down at him. He slowly gets up and grabs her hand, and puts the key in it, Hisui watches him closely. Mystery and Hisui notice a tattoo on Max’s wrist, the tattoo is of a skull with fangs. Max then whispers something in Mystery’s left ear, then backs away towards Alexa.
Hisui: “What did he tell you?”
Mystery: “I’ll tell you later, right now, we gotta get Mya, and then get the hell out of here”
Mystery and Hisui run to the cage where Mya is at, and starts to unlock it. Max quickly grabs a dagger out of the side of his right shoe, and turns to face Alexa. Max then thrusts the dagger into Alexa’s chest, she doesn’t react at all. Alexa puts her hand over his hand holding the dagger, so he is unable to move away.
Alexa smiles: “You know that won’t kill me darling, (Kicks him in the gut) I’m a vampire!”
Max hits the ground on his back; Alexa casually pulls the dagger from her chest and sets it on Max’s belly. Alexa then rips his shirt and puts her hands over the wound on his chest and his skin starts to sizzle and smoke.
Max: “What the hell are you doing to me?”
Alexa: “Making you heal faster”
Max: “Why are you doing that?”
Alexa: “You’ll see”
Max tries to get away but can’t, he notices that Mystery, Mya, and Hisui are watching.
Max yells: “GET OUT OF HERE!”
Mystery tries to run to him, but Hisui puts his hand on her shoulder.
Hisui: “We should listen to him, who knows what Alexa will do next”
Alexa looks at them, takes her hands off of Max and puts her hands together with her wrists exposed. Both of her wrists have the same exact tattoo as Max; she then slams her hands down on the ground. The ground cracks a little and starts to push up wards as if something is trying to come up from under the ground.
Hisui: “Yes, we should go right now!”
Hisui, Mya and Mystery run out of the abandoned church.
Cut to the stairs to the abandoned church, Angel and Buffy are waiting outside as they run out of the building.
Hisui warns them: “We have to get far away from here!”
Angel and Buffy start running with them.
Mystery: “Where’s Connor and Chain?
Angel: “Connor had to get Chain to the hospital; he fainted shortly after we left you guys”
Cut to the hospital an hour later. Connor is standing next to a room, waiting for the others to come. He notices the others are running towards him and waves to them. Connor runs to Mya and gives her a big hug.
Connor: “I was so worried”
Mya: “You shouldn’t worry so much, with you, mom, dad, and my friends; someone was bound to come get me”
Mystery to Connor: “How is Chain?”
Connor: “He’s doing ok right now, Holly and Trevor are with him right now, and they wanted to talk to him in private. The doctors put a cast over his wounded leg, they say it’ll take a while to recover, but Chain said that he’s a fast healer, so it’ll be sooner then what the doctors expected”
Cut to Chain sitting up in the hospital bed, Holly and Trevor are sitting in chairs beside him.
Trevor: “You should be more careful, you could have lost your leg if that demon thing bit down any harder…”
Chain looks down, sad: “I know”
Everyone is quiet for a moment, Holly notices Chain’s sadness.
Holly: “We just don’t want anything bad to happen to you, we haven’t known you for a long time, but we still view you as our child”
Chain looks at them both: “As your own child?”
Trevor nods: “We’ve been trying to have a child of our own for a while now, then we met you and you’ve been living with us for a few months now, it’s like we’re family”
Chain smiles and looks at his right leg, there’s a cast over it.
Holly: “You know what we should do? We should have a family picnic, wouldn’t that be fun?”
Chain looks at her and smiles: “Yeah”
Cut to Max sitting on one of the benches in the abandoned church, his head is slumped over. Alexa is standing in front of him, with her back to him.
Alexa: “I’m sorry we had to call you so soon”
Pan over to a lady with long shimmering black hair that brushes the ground. She wearing a long black dress that also touches the ground. She has pale skin and big black eyes, and a tattoo starting at the edge of her eyes and reaches down to her cheeks, that are like spikes.
Woman: “Why the hell did you call me then?”
Alexa: “The boss needs you for something that he is going to do, real soon”
Woman sighs: “Alright, take me to him”
Alexa smiles: “Ok then, (Turns to Max) are you going to come along too darling?”
Max slowly raises his head towards her, his expression is sad and shocked, then he suddenly grins evilly.
Max: “Of course, (Stands up) lets go see the big boss”
Alexa then laughs evilly.
